FLASH裡面，多次有「SMILE」這標誌的畫面特寫，沒錯，這強調的就是，人們麻木的心理與骯髒的社會，打著「正義」的旗號，卻濫殺無辜，當犯人也被逼迫微笑時，他們也沒有放過他，而是更厲害的折磨他，這就體現出了他們的麻木，而在FLASH最後，我們可以看到，那5個人，都是機器人，這就是作者更一步強調了，那些被骯髒社會所麻木，已經完全喪失了心智，成為一個受人控制的工具。FLASH中還有一處，看起來像在ML的場景，這也揭示了社會的骯髒。
